1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using solsnake.fun ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to participate.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and reside in a jurisdiction where skill-based gaming and crypto transactions are permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. One account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts may be terminated.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits are processed via NOWPayments in supported cryptocurrencies. Withdrawals are subject to admin review and approval. The Platform reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals.

5. Gameplay & Payouts

Entry fees are non-refundable once a game session begins. Payout codes are generated upon game completion. Payout amounts are assigned by the admin during payout sessions. The Platform does not guarantee any specific payout amount.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to play
  • Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities
  • Money laundering or fraudulent deposits
  • Creating multiple accounts
  • Sharing accounts with other users

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms. Balances may be forfeited in cases of fraud or abuse.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is." We are not liable for any losses arising from gameplay, technical failures, or third-party payment processor issues. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
